BIANCA JAGGER

Many may know this fantastic woman as one of the world's leading human and social rights advocates and as one of the executives of the Amnesty International Leadership Council (US); although these titles are inarguably important and extremely inspiring, it is her past titles that I am most interested in this Friday - today I'm not going to be talking about Bianca Perez Morena de Macias the global ambassador of goodwill, today I'm going to talk about Bianca Jagger, fashion icon, trail blazer, Studio 54 regular and former wife of Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger.
Cue curtains and spot-light...

As I was reading about her on the internet recently one site described her as a "former fashion icon" - I thought that was a load of rubbish, I mean, you can't stop being a fashion icon, once you are a fashion icon you always will be ,especially Bianca Jagger, It doesnt matter that she is old now and may not wear things that people my age would run to the shops for but -- I will always remember her as a fashion idol, an artist, the woman who walked around in lovely white trouser suits, aviators and wooden canes (you heard right, wooden canes!), does it matter that she was married to Mick Jagger?Well maybe.But I believe Mick was damn lucky to find someone like her.

Let me elaborate.

If I was Mick I would have changed my name to Mick Perez Morena de Macias - just out of respect.
